The powder is simply wonderful. I also have a loose powder from Chanel, and I wouldn't say that Clinique falls short in any way, except maybe the packaging isn't as luxurious. It mattifies beautifully without being dusty, and I got shade 101. Of course, it doesn't provide full coverage; for that, you'd be better off with Almost Powder. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
Good day. Will there be interchangeable blocks available for this powder?
This powder is amazing I have been using it for years. It’s not cheap so have been buying the last few times from Makeup UK which seem to have the best price. Their website is good and the postage really fast. You also get free gifts. What’s not to love? Very pleased with this company.
I have been using this powder, Stay Buff, for a long time because it has a light shade. It suits me very well as it slightly mattifies, which is great for my oily skin. I use the La Roche-Posay Effaclar series (cleanser, mask, serum, and creams) along with this powder. This way, I control any excess and maintain a good appearance throughout the day.
I didn't like this powder at all. I have combination skin on my face, leaning towards oily, and it really dries out my skin. In the morning, when I first apply it, it's bearable, but as I touch up my makeup later, it starts to cause flakiness in areas where there was nothing in the morning. It's just terrible. The only good thing about it is the design.
The powder is good. I have very fair skin and I chose shade 101 Invisible, which blends perfectly and is completely invisible on the skin. It mattifies well, and it's enough to touch up once during the day to look good until evening. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the compact. After the first use, a small piece of plastic broke off, but I didn't pay much attention to it. Then it happened again and again, and now the entire area of attachment has fallen apart. It's really frustrating because now the powder can't be closed properly, and the lid is separate. It's impossible to carry it with me, which was the whole point of buying it. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of Clinique. I could have used cheaper powders until they ran out, instead of throwing away one that I had just started due to a broken packaging.
I bought this powder in shade 01, but I didn't quite get the shade right. In principle, I have fair skin without any particular undertones, more on the neutral side, but the powder turned out to be a bit lighter. I used it in combination with the Clinique Even Better foundation in the shade alabaster. It doesn't really hide anything, and it's difficult to touch up my makeup during the day (I work all day wearing a medical mask for 10-12 hours, and my makeup tends to rub off a bit on my nose and cheeks). So, if I need to go somewhere after work and refresh the color, it's impossible to do so, as it just doesn't layer well. When I apply it in the morning, it looks good, but if I need to touch up during the day, it doesn't work well. I gave it to my mom, and she liked it. She says it feels invisible on her face, but she doesn't need to refresh her makeup. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.
The powder is amazing. I got the shade invisible, and it truly is not visible on the skin, it just mattifies and creates a nice blur. It's versatile and I think it will suit everyone.
It works well with Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place foundation. It keeps the face matte for a long time, while still looking natural. Unlike other brands, you can't see the powder on your face. I bought shade 2 for the summer, and the translucent and shade 1 for fair skin are suitable for spring and autumn.
Shade 02 matched perfectly, with the T-zone being oily. The effect of well-groomed skin is present for a considerable amount of time.
The powder is excellent. It applies well on a makeup base, but it doesn't really camouflage anything. However, when used over foundation, it looks amazing, leaving the face matte and without a mask-like effect. The powder works well with MAC foundation. I apply it with a sponge or a brush. And the discounted price is really great. The shade 01 is perfect for fair skin (without any yellow or pink undertones, which is rare).
I have the entire Clinique cosmetics range, and luckily, the powder did not disappoint. The shade 01 is a perfect match for fair skin. The powder is lightweight and doesn't feel heavy on the face. It doesn't provide intense mattifying, so it is best to apply it over foundation.
The powder is amazing, it's just the perfect match I was expecting. I got the invisible shade (light skin, brunette), and it's perfect for summer, I can easily mattify my face without any BB cream or foundation, and it still looks fresh with my tan that I don't want to hide. I think it will also be suitable for cold weather, as long as your skin doesn't have any flakes. I give it 5 stars. As for the packaging, the new design now has a silver mirror-like lid with the brand's name, it doesn't look like how the powder used to be. But it's still beautiful, and the mirror inside is very clear, you can see everything you need to.
This powder is really great, especially the 101 shade. It may not completely hide imperfections, but it will give a matte finish and blur the skin.
Great powder, I bought it on sale, so it was even more enjoyable! I have rosacea, and those who know will understand how difficult it is to hide it, but this powder did the job, even without any additional foundations. I am satisfied!! Delivery, as always, was excellent, fast, and without any additional questions!
Thank you, Make up, for the fast delivery and high-quality product. The powder is excellent. It mattifies, conceals imperfections, and leaves the skin fresh and rejuvenated. I really like Make up, and I will definitely be ordering again :)
I have oily skin and this powder does not mattify it! It only lasts for an hour and a half. After that, I have to use a lot of mattifying tissues. This is even with a mattifying cream and a corresponding base. In addition, when I bought it, I didn't notice that it was transparent. In practice, I didn't like this effect - my pores are very prominent and the powder doesn't hide them at all. Despite my love for Clinique, I am going back to my favorite Chanel Mat Lumière. This powder not only mattifies until lunchtime, but also hides pores and evens out the tone, giving a polished appearance.
I really liked the powder. It provides good coverage and eliminates excess shine on the skin. Thank you.
I didn't like this powder. I have a fair complexion (shade 101), but it is still visible on my face, even when I tested it with and without foundation. It dries out my skin and causes allergic reactions, resulting in red and itchy patches, despite Clinique being considered hypoallergenic. Unfortunately, Clinique products do not suit my combination skin. I also purchased their gentle facial soap, which also dries out my skin. I used to really like their Superbalanced Makeup foundation in shade 04, until I developed an allergic reaction. I also bought their moisturizer for dry and combination skin, targeting early signs of aging (CLINIQUE Superdefense SPF 20 Daily Defence Moisturizer).
The powder is wonderful! I have combination skin that is very sensitive. For a long time, I couldn't find the right compact powder and foundation. I bought this powder for the first time 8 years ago and have been using it ever since. I don't even need foundation anymore. The powder goes on smoothly, is not noticeable on the face, it mattifies beautifully, doesn't clog pores, and gives the face a well-groomed look.
