The 3% Oxidizing Emulsion Barex Italian Joc Color Line Oxigen is used in conjunction with lightening powders. They are mixed with cream paint to form a creamy mixture. Thanks to the inclusion of meadowfoam flower extract and a silicone composition, the emulsion protects the hair structure from the effects of chemical components in the dye.
The specially formulated composition ensures that the chosen shade distributes evenly over each hair strand, providing a rich color that lasts. The 3% Oxidizing Emulsion Barex Italian Joc Color Line Oxigen blends seamlessly with bleaching powders and cream paint, turning into a mixture that is easy to apply. Manufacturers advise using the emulsion only with developers that contain a specified amount of hydrogen peroxide.

Mix with the hair dye or bleaching powder in the proportion specified on the hair coloring product packaging. Use only developers with the appropriate hydrogen peroxide concentration.
This is a high-quality developer. I use it with the ammonia-free dye from this series, and it covers gray hair well (I don't have much, but there is some). I recommend it.
I bought this along with the powder from the same brand, Superplex, and mixed it in a 1:5 ratio. It dried out my hair and made it brittle, but surprisingly, the shine stayed. It lightens hair quickly, so you need to monitor it closely.
I damaged my hair using a different brand of developer and bleach. It became brittle and as dry as straw. I decided to try the developer and bleach from this brand. I was pleasantly surprised by the results— even my damaged hair looks quite decent after using these products. It shines and is almost smooth (except for the dried-out ends, of course).
This is a good developer. I used it with the same brand's bleach powder to lighten my roots, and it worked perfectly. It lifted my hair from a level 7 to almost white. However, keep in mind that if you're lightening your hair length, you won't achieve white from a level 7 in just one session. You'll need to tone it and take care of it afterward.
Super oxidizer. After coloring, my hair is in excellent condition, just like after salon treatments.
I used this emulsion with the bleaching powder, product code: 431711. I was removing dark cosmetic color from the hair at level 7. I mixed 30 grams of powder with 150 ml of emulsion (1 to 5 ratio). In just 20 minutes, it lifted to a clean level 9 tone. My hair wasn't damaged at all, and the result amazed me: my hair shines like I just used a mask! Previously, my hair was already thin and damaged. It's a pity that the smaller sizes are no longer available for sale.
