I highly recommend this product. It colors the hair excellently. It stings for the first five minutes, but then it's all fine. The scalp doesn't itch or hurt afterwards. I used it with the Garnier Color Sensation 10.21 dye. The color turned out divine. It's a very soft light blond.
This is a great product, I haven't noticed any flaws so far.

The developer is superb. I used it with the same series of hair dye to cover my dark roots (7 level) and tone my bleached strands with a 9 level dye. It did the job well, but you need to leave it on for a longer time compared to using a 6% developer.
