It did not work at all. Hair quickly becomes greasy, and I did not notice any effect. I bought it to reduce tangles, but it hardly helps. Its consistency is not thick at all, like shampoo. I used to buy it a lot before and started using it, but I stopped because it was not effective. Now I took it out because times are such that I don't have to go through the hassle of searching for another product.
This conditioner is great, it has a pleasant scent. It leaves my hair soft and tangle-free, without making it frizzy. I highly recommend it.

The Versace Crystal Noir fragrance has a moderate lasting power but the bottle is small in size. The conditioner is decent, but nothing extraordinary.

This is a great product that worked well for me. It made my hair soft, straight, and easy to comb through. The fragrance is pleasant too. And guess what, even my cat loves the scent (I also enjoy it, as it has a nice smell, but it drives my cat crazy, haha).
I didn't find it suitable and didn't like it. It was too thick and didn't detangle wet hair as I would have liked. My thin curly locks didn't curl as much and lacked volume after using it. I mixed it with the remnants of my old product to finish it, but I won't be buying it again.
The reviews are genuine, although for 50 UAH I wasn't expecting a high-quality product. It eliminates frizz and leaves the hair soft. It is especially suitable for colored and bleached hair.
This product is excellent! Honestly, I did not expect such an effect. My hair is dry at the ends and quickly becomes greasy at the roots. I dye my hair blonde. Sprays have become powerless, and even spraying expensive spray for 700 UAH did not make it possible to comb my hair. However, this cream helped me. I apply it to the length of my hair after washing, on wet hair, and do not rinse it out. I can even comb my wet hair. I forgot about oil and sprays. It's a super purchase!

The balm is simply amazing, I've been using it not for the first time. I have greasy roots and dry ends, and on top of that, my hair is curly. I apply it to damp hair and don't rinse it off, it helps to even out when styling with a hairdryer, and most importantly, my hair has stopped being magnetized!

I didn't buy it here, but I have been using it for a long time and will buy it again. I couldn't grow long hair because they would split at medium length. I constantly lighten my hair and this problem is understandable, as the hair becomes drier and splits due to the bleaching. My scalp tends to be oily. I started using this conditioner regularly without rinsing it off. I don't apply it to the roots. I noticed the effect after a month. I have been using it for over a year now, I only trim the ends of my hair, and I have grown quite long hair. Of course, there are still some split ends, but not as many as before. Maybe this conditioner is not the reason, but I can't find any other reasons for the improvement of my hair condition.
The conditioner was completely unsuitable. Perhaps the problem was also due to the shampoo (Ziaja Olive), but my hair was simply impossible to comb, it turned into dry straw. After about 4 hours, it became limp, and the roots were already greasy, as if they hadn't been washed at all (I rinsed out the conditioner. And usually, I wash my hair every 2-3 days without any issues).
The conditioner transformed my hair into smooth and soft strands, like a dandelion. I applied it to towel-dried hair. It has a pleasant and subtle scent, and a little goes a long way. It doesn't make my hair sticky or weigh it down.

I really liked this product. I apply it to my freshly washed hair and do not rinse it out. I only apply it to the ends. Then I blow dry my hair. It becomes smooth, doesn't get frizzy, and doesn't become static.
You can write a lot of negative things about this balm (read below), or you can simply use it correctly and be completely satisfied with the results. I recommend rinsing it out to avoid weighing down your hair after the first use.
I have dry, damaged, blonde hair. This is the first hair balm that allows me to skip using a spray before blow-drying. My hair is soft and doesn't get frizzy. It has a smooth, lightweight straightening effect (I hate it when my hair curls and frizzes, but with this balm, it's not perfectly straight, but close to it. It doesn't get frizzy and obediently styles with a hairdryer).
For such a price, the result is very decent. I give it a rating of 5 and confidently recommend it for exhausted, damaged, and dry hair.
I must mention that I used this balm with Dr.Sante Keratin shampoo. I haven't tried them yet because I need to use up my current supply, but I think I will also try the shampoo from this series.

Out of all the products I've tried, this is the worst. I'm cautious when it comes to products that don't require rinsing. Therefore, after washing my hair, I applied this conditioner, let it sit for about 10 minutes, and rinsed it off thoroughly. However, after drying my hair, I didn't like how it looked. Yes, it felt soft and smelled nice, but it appeared greasy and messy.

At first, I took too much, and my hair became greasy. But once I figured out the optimal amount for my hair, everything was great. I am satisfied, just like most of Ziaia's products.
