Overall, it's okay, but there are already pieces of glass in the cream by the second use.
I had to keep it on for not just the promised 3 minutes, but for a whole 23+ minutes. And still, the result is not perfect. The consumption is high, and the effect (even after 25 minutes!) is only 6 out of 10. I definitely won't buy it again.
I received a cream with some synthetic plastic sticks inside. They don't scratch, they just feel really weird.
I really liked the depilator.
It removes hair right from the root, and on the second day after depilation, they are hardly felt.
They are not visible for about 12-15 days (it grows back about 5mm).
I don't keep the cream for 6-7 minutes, and it doesn't feel on the skin.
If I don't use the cream balm, my skin becomes dry.
The cream is difficult to wash off, takes about 2-3 minutes.
The smell is disgusting, like burnt chemicals and roses (my previous depilator smelled like burnt rubber, so this is progress).
After using the cream on my injured leg, the scar became less noticeable, which is a plus.
The spatula is amazing, don't throw it away, you will still need it!))
So, I've been using this product for 5 months. The positives are that it has a pleasant smell, doesn't irritate the skin, even if you leave it on for too long. The packaging is decent, the spatula is great, and it's economical to use. On the downside, it doesn't remove hair well, even individual hairs are left behind. New hairs grow quickly and the hair texture has become stiff (I initially thought it was a mistake, but I found in reviews that another girl had the same experience). I'm going to try Evelyn and compare it.

I liked the product. I used it on the bikini area, kept it for 10 minutes, and it removed almost everything without causing irritation. The scent is not overpowering like the one from Evelyn. A nice bonus is the post-epilation balm, if only it had a closure, like a clasp.

Not only did it absolutely not remove anything, but the tube also arrived completely crushed! Although the box itself is undamaged. Definitely not recommended, a waste of money.

This cream is pretty good, it works on the same level as Camomile, maybe even a little better. I've only used it once, so I'm not expecting any super miraculous results. It should be repeated once a week.
My first cream, very gentle, besides a slight warmth, no unpleasant sensations, a five-minute exposure, very satisfied with the quality.
The cream is amazing! It is much better than Evelin because it has a more liquid texture, making it more economical to use and distributes evenly (in the bikini area). It removes hair quickly and perfectly, so I highly recommend it!
I don't understand how hair can not grow for a week, or even 9 days... Honestly, even for the finest hairs above the upper lip, you need to keep it on for at least 10-15 minutes. The effect, even with the cream that supposedly slows down hair growth, lasts a maximum of 4-5 days. After that, hairs start to appear, and that's normal. The only downside is that it doesn't smell like roses, but rather like something burnt. But for the price, it's not a big deal. Overall, the cream does its job, just don't expect miracles from it.
The cream is simply amazing!!!!!! I used it for the first time on fairly well-grown hair - the effect was excellent! It applies easily and glides smoothly, which allows for a economical distribution. I left it on for 6 minutes and it came off very easily with the spatula, without leaving any hair behind. The effect lasted a little less than a week, but I think that's normal for the first time! In addition, it comes with a cream to slow down hair growth, which will prolong the smooth effect in the future! I also tried it on the bikini area with not very well-grown hair, and the cream handled it perfectly! Before this, I used the Camomile cream, so if I compare these two creams, Belle Jardin is 1000 times better! I already ordered it again and will continue to use it! The cream is excellent. 10 minutes is enough for the hair to soften. However, it is impossible to remove the hair with a spatula, it is only for applying the cream. Also, it would be much better if the post-depilation balm came in a tube that could be closed.
I bought this for my 15-year-old daughter. She has quite coarse hair on her legs, so I was afraid that this cream, like all the others, wouldn't do the job. BUT! The result really exceeded our expectations! We applied it. Waited for 10 minutes (just to be sure:), then removed it all with a spatula:) There were, of course, some areas where we had to reapply it for another 10 minutes. It didn't work on the first try. But that's such a tiny downside of this cream that it's not even worth paying attention to. As a result, we got beautiful legs for 38 UAH and 20 minutes of our time:) By the way, the balm that comes with the cream also does its job! It's been 9 days since the procedure, and the hair hasn't started to grow back yet. The legs are still smooth!:)) We recommend it!
