The shampoo dries the hair, like all products of this type. However, it does its job on my hair - it removes yellowing and tones down the hair to a cool shade. A colorist recommended adding a pink shampoo from another brand to the purple one, then the shade will be pearly. I will definitely try it.
This product severely dries out and tangles the hair! I do not recommend it! It only slightly helps with yellowing. It is not worth the money, as a regular mass-market shampoo does not dry out the hair like this. My bottle ended up in the trash bin.
