The product has a very pleasant scent and doesn't dry out my hair. I apply just a tiny bit to my dry hair, and it leaves it shiny without making it sticky.
This is an amazing product. My hair, which is usually dry as straw, feels somewhat revitalized. I bought both the shampoo and conditioner, and I really like them.

Good product. I haven't noticed any increased static in my hair, they just become softer and more pleasant. I use many hair products, including moisturizing sprays and heat protectants, so for me, this product is intermediate and serves a specific role - keeping the ends of my hair in decent shape and adding shine. However, the product is not perfect, so I will continue searching for something better.
I did not purchase this product for makeup purposes. I simply want to share my review about it! I have thin and dry hair, and yes, after using this silk product, my hair becomes softer and less tangled. However, I have a major issue with it. Almost immediately after the first use, my hair started to horribly become static. It's impossible to manage; my hair sticks to everything, and everything sticks to my hair. It feels like a waste of money, considering the high price.
I have curly, dyed, damaged hair. This product is simply amazing! My hair looks so good after using it: shiny, voluminous, well-groomed, as if I just walked out of a salon. You only need a drop for each use. The key is not to use too much, or else it will leave a greasy feeling until the end of the day. After using this product, my hair does become a bit static, but it's not a problem for me since I use styling products.
It performs its function like a hair silicone. No downsides were found :)
Ladies, this is silicone, so it shouldn't be used frequently. After using it, make sure to wash your hair with a deep cleansing shampoo. The product itself is good, as it softens my hair and improves combing.

Excellent product as a leave-in treatment for the ends. I bought all the Chi oils in miniatures and out of them, I liked this one and the black seed oil the most. Don't write nonsense about them being the same or not working. The oils are different. Some are not even oils, while others contain a lot more oil. I don't like coconut oil, 100% argan oil, or the others on my hair... But these silicone-based ones are actually very good. Take samples and find what suits you.
I, girls, have been using this silk for half a year. At first, I liked it. It happened in the summer when I foolishly ordered a big bottle. But in winter, this thing doesn't help anymore.... Moisturizing lasts only for a short time. I definitely won't buy it again. But their volume spray and volume powder are definitely the coolest! I received it as a gift as part of a promotion when purchasing Chi products. I have already used it about four times. Based on my medium-density dark brown hair, here is my assessment:
1. The smell is not very pleasant at first, but it dissipates on the hair and leaves a light, pleasant scent.
2. The hair feels soft and doesn't tangle. So far, it hasn't become straw-like, as mentioned by previous buyers.
3. It didn't straighten my hair, but it reduced frizz and added some shine. However, it didn't have a "wow" effect.
4. The hair looks well-groomed right away.
5. As for whether it makes the hair greasy or not, it probably doesn't, at least not for me. Also, it's not necessary to apply oils or serums directly to the roots. It mostly depends on the hair type and the main hair care products used. In my case, my hair tends to get greasy on the second day, regardless of what I use.

I received this product as a gift during a promotion. The positives are that it effectively smooths out the hair, leaving it shiny and it is very economical to use. On the downside, it tends to make the hair greasy quickly.
This product is absolutely amazing! I received it as a gift from the CHI promotion. My hair tends to get very frizzy, and even using a straightener to flatten my bob haircut is a real struggle. However, after using this hair serum, my hair becomes almost perfectly straight on its own. The frizz disappears, and my hair feels incredibly soft and shiny.
Not bad, but if you overdo it a little, it immediately makes your hair dirty. It smoothes, but it's not suitable for thin hair. No "wow" effect, no therapeutic properties, silicone in the composition.
The hair is truly soft and shiny. However, very few products suit my porous, curly hair, even those from Chi. I have tried both coconut oil and 100% natural argan oil, but the most effective one is this product.

This is the best oil I have ever tried. Thanks to it, I have been able to gradually start growing my hair because the split ends are significantly reduced (my hair is dyed and I style it almost every day). You only need to apply a tiny drop on your palm, warm it up, and then apply it to your hair. If you use too much, your hair won't dry out! I used it until the last drop and will definitely order more!)
I didn't like it. Please note that all Biosilk oils with different names are completely identical in composition. I used and compared them for sun protection, and two from this series. Only the bottles are different.
