The Super Taper model is a stylish and powerful heavy-duty clipper, suitable for prolonged use. Its good equipment, combined with comfortable dimensions, becomes a pleasant and successful addition to its excellent performance and multifunctionality.
This professional vibratory device is equipped with the patented V5000 electric motor, which is characterized by its quiet, powerful, long-lasting operation without interruptions and overheating. It also features a precision-sharpened blade block made of alloyed steel, Chrome Blade, with a device for convenient adjustment of the cutting length within the range of 1 to 3.5 mm. The ability to adjust the blade shift and the shape of the haircut, without replacing the blades, makes the use of the clipper even more comfortable.
The machine is very good. I tested it right after receiving it. It can handle a strong flow without overheating, neither the body nor the blades, even in hot weather. As mentioned by others, there is a click sound when it is turned on.
The description states that it is made in the USA, but the barcode indicates Germany. At least it is still the original product. The barcode is registered on wahlglobal.com. Judging from the warranty card, the machine is manufactured in a factory that also produces Moser.
One downside is that the warranty card, like in many cases, is not filled out.
I can compare this machine to the Moser Primat. In my subjective opinion, the Wahl Super Taper feels better in hand and has less vibration. Objectively, it achieves an almost perfect faded transition, and it is much easier to accomplish. You can say that the machine cuts on its own, you just need to change the position of the blades and attachments. With the Moser, it requires a lot of effort to achieve the same result as with the Wahl.
The delivery from Make-up was fast. They included a sample as a gift. Thank you. I placed the order on Saturday, and on Sunday, I received a notification of shipment.
One thing that is not clear is where the order placed a few hours later on the same Saturday went missing. There is still no notification of shipment.
I really like this model. It's comfortable to hold and doesn't make loud noises. The only downside is that when you turn on the machine, the button clicks loudly and vibrates while in use. However, it doesn't bother you when you're trimming. I highly recommend it! The delivery was fast and everything was well packaged :)
The trimmer is excellent, it cuts quickly and doesn't tear the hair. With my old trimmer (Philips), it took me 35 minutes to trim my hair, but with this one, it only takes 10 minutes. As a result, time is saved, nerves are intact, and my mood is positive. Thank you to the store for the gift and fast delivery.
