Instructions for using with a mouthguard:

Place the mouthguard on your upper and lower teeth, bite down, and hold it in place for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water afterward. Avoid eating for 40-60 minutes after using the gel.
Instructions for using without a mouthguard:
Thoroughly clean the surface of your teeth (important: the toothpaste you use should not contain fluoride). Apply a small amount of gel in circular motions on the cleaned surface of your teeth, hold for 15-20 minutes, then rinse your mouth with a small amount of water. Avoid eating and drinking for 40-60 minutes after using the gel. The number of applications depends on the extent of enamel and dentin damage. It is recommended for use by adults and children from their first tooth (safe if swallowed). The gel does not contain SLS, titanium dioxide, fluoride, or parabens. It is recommended to use in cycles of 15 days on, 15 days off.

It seems that the gel is working. After 10 days, I can drink quite warm (almost hot) beverages without any pain.
I initially purchased this product from a different place, but when I saw it here, I decided to order it again. It has genuinely reduced the sensitivity of my teeth. On the first day, I used it for 5 minutes, and then followed the instructions to use it for 10 minutes. I left it on too long once and had to stop using it for a couple of days because it caused some burning. So, if you have any sores, it's better not to use it (though that's up to you), and definitely don’t leave it on for too long.
