Terrible mascara. After it dries, the lashes become stiff like needles, and it is difficult to remove. The application is awful, the brush clearly does not fit here. It has too much at the base and none at the tips.

However, I have now learned what spider lashes are and what it means to have mascara without any effects. I tried mixing it with Max Factor Volume Infusion Mascara - it helped a little to salvage the situation, but not much. I will try applying Volume Infusion first and then this one. So far, I haven't found anything better than Max Factor Clump Defy, but it has been discontinued for a while now and the recent reviews are alarming.
In any case, I am disappointed with the trend of Max Factor mascaras. There used to be no negative reviews, but now they are everywhere, even with this brand, and I understand why... If you have normal lashes that don't need any effects but require waterproofness, it will suit you.

Maybelline Lash Sensational and Vivienne Sabo Cabaret did not impress me, they only looked good for the first three months, and even then, not for long. They were watery at first, and then clumped together on the brush and on the lashes, making it impossible to work with. Max Factor was also very watery at first and did not coat the tips of the lashes very well. But after a month of use, the mascara thickened and became more pigmented. The brush is big, but if you learn how to use it, it will give you very neat and fluffy lashes. It does not clump them together. I only apply a second coat to the tips and then everything is perfect. This mascara performed excellently until its last breath. It is already finished, but I won't throw it away, maybe I'll need a little bit for the summer. The previous mascaras were already thrown away unfinished in March. It doesn't weigh down the lashes and it washes off perfectly with a waterproof makeup remover. I am very happy that I made the right choice this time.

With two coats, it has a fabulous effect - long, voluminous, and curled lashes. And yes, it's very black! The only downside, and quite a big one for me, is that for the first half an hour, it weighs down my lashes a lot, it even hurts at the roots (I haven't experienced this in a hundred years), and I wear contact lenses. But then it's fine. It can be easily removed with a waterproof makeup remover. I was pleased to see that the mascara is very fresh, like straight out of the oven. Apart from the mentioned drawback, I really liked the mascara!

Great waterproof mascara! Usually, other waterproof mascaras wash off after using special products or soap, but unfortunately not this one.
