I read in a review that the developer is thick, and I completely disagree. Its consistency is often compared to more affordable developers like Nouvelle and Estel. The delivery and expiration date were fine. However, I won't be purchasing it again.
I used it with Wella Color Touch Instamatic because the Wella emulsion was out of stock. This is a very good oxidant—thick, creamy, and easy to apply. It doesn't dry out my hair. I really like it and will continue using it.
