This shampoo is great, it lathers well and cleanses very effectively, leaving a pleasant squeaky-clean feeling. I have natural hair, so I cannot comment on its ability to soften. I always use either conditioners or masks afterwards. As for the scent, it is quite strong, but I prefer more neutral and subtle fragrances.
I have a normal, prone to dryness, sensitive skin type. Numerous shampoos have caused an allergic reaction, but this one suited perfectly. It didn't cause any allergies, no dandruff, and kept my hair clean for 3 days. I bought it in a 1-liter volume and it lasted for a year.
