I wanted the smell of bananas. When I received these perfumes, I was a little disappointed. I ordered oil-based ones. The smell is like freshly baked banana cake but much more concentrated. The scent is overly sweet, not for everyday use, and not long-lasting. I give it 3 stars only because of the non-lasting scent. Other than that, the smell perfectly matches the name - Baked Banana.
Ladies, under no circumstances should you purchase this product without testing it first! I was expecting a sweet banana scent, but what I got was exactly as described by others, a burnt plastic smell. It, pardon me, truly stinks. It is impossible to wear. In general, I highly recommend testing any Demeter products beforehand.
It has a sweet, sweet cookie scent, with almost no detectable banana. The fragrance is heavy and stuffy, causing me headaches and bouts of nausea even during cold weather, so I rarely use it.
