NYX Professional Makeup Control Freak Eyebrow Gel Brow Gel

I have bought this product multiple times already. It gently styles and doesn't make my hair stiff. I'm pleased with its large capacity and affordable price.

Unfortunately, there was no effect at all. Money wasted in vain :(

I have thick, medium-stiffness eyebrows and I'm buying this product for the second time. It works great for me. I don't agree with the reviews that say it doesn't work. As long as you don't touch them with clothing or hands, they stay in place until the evening. And even then, you can easily adjust them with a finger because the hairs are coated and obedient. Why would anyone want them to be solidly filled? Just to break and dry out the hairs? This gel is not for stage performances, it's for everyday use. It keeps your eyebrows in shape without causing any damage. I highly recommend it!

This product does not live up to the manufacturer's promises. Does it tame even thick and unruly hair? No! It doesn't even tame well-behaved hair. It simply does nothing for my brows. I definitely do not recommend it!

I bought this gel and was disappointed. It had no practical effect. I usually love NYX products, but this one let me down. I won't be buying it again.

I tried this eyebrow gel and I absolutely don't see any effect from it. The packaging and brush itself are convenient, but the gel itself doesn't do anything(((( After the gel dries, the eyebrows remain the same as they were before. I don't recommend buying it, it's completely useless.

The gel doesn't leave any white residue, the hold seems to be okay, but it takes some effort to beautifully shape the eyebrows with it. The major drawback is the very unpleasant smell, something between alcohol and glue, it's just awful. On the positive side, the brush is not bad.

This is not the first time I'm buying this gel, and it feels like they've changed the formula. While before there was indeed good hold, now it's like the other reviewers mentioned - it's really as if it's just water. I'm disappointed.

I would like to add to my review after several days of use. This product is absolutely terrible in my life. It was my first time ordering from this brand and the experience was horrible. Not only does it not fix anything, but my eyebrows also turn out completely white, I don't know why. No matter how much or how little I apply, whether it's against the growth or with the growth, the result is the same - unfixed eyebrows and people commenting, "What happened to your eyebrows? There are white clumps on them."

This is just awful, a waste of money. It's just water that doesn't do anything at all. I do NOT recommend it...

It holds pretty well. However, by the end of the day, there are visible white marks on the skin near the eyebrows.

My favorite gel, it lasts me a long time and I use it almost every day. It provides a light hold but tames any shape. There is no feeling of tightness or sticky residue on my brows, and it gives my hair a natural shine. I have tried many different gels, but I always come back to this one. I won't be experimenting with other gels anymore because this one is the best for me.

I really like this gel, it doesn't hold like concrete to the point of discomfort, but it's very good, and that's enough for me. I have purchased this gel multiple times and I love it. We have become friends with it. Here's a tip: when you buy a new gel, don't apply it on your eyebrows directly with a brush. Instead, apply the gel on your hand and then use another brush to apply it on your eyebrow hairs. This way, nothing extra will get into the jar and the gel will remain usable until the end. There won't be any clumps in the jar and no flakes on your eyebrows. I wish I knew this earlier, I ruined so many gels. It holds my stubborn hairs well, not like concrete, but it satisfies me. Give it a try and you'll get a like from me for the gel.

I am very satisfied with this product, as I have been using it for a long time and have not found anything better for myself. It is perfect for eyebrows of medium thickness. There is no white residue left behind. It provides better fixation compared to Anastasia Beverly Hill, Mac, Benefit, Giordani, and Artvisage.

This gel is pretty good. It can be described in one word: decent. The hold is average, and it lasted me for 7 months. There is no feeling of tightness after applying it to the eyebrows. I recommend it to those who don't have very thick eyebrows.

I am not satisfied with this product because it does not tame my thick and coarse eyebrows. Most of the time, the gel leaves residue on my eyebrows, which I find unpleasant.

The hold is there, but it needs to be applied very carefully, as the brush is too big.

The smell is unpleasant, and after applying, my eyebrows become dry, as if I've applied glue on them. I will try something else. It did not work well for my eyebrows.

For me, it's just not worth it. It can't manage thick eyebrows or hold them in place. It can moisturize and comb them, but that's about it. I don't recommend it. I only recommend ArtVisage, and I will definitely go back to using it.

I bought this product from the official store. It didn't work as expected.

When applied, some drops remain on the tips of the hairs, but they dry out and are not visible. It fixes the hair strands quite well, but if you have very unruly eyebrows, then this option is not for you.

This gel is absolutely amazing.

I have quite coarse hairs, and this gel manages to handle them, but not for long. After a while, the gel on the eyebrows turns into a white film, which doesn't look very good. I won't buy it again because either I have to apply just a tiny amount to avoid the film, but then my hairs won't be styled, or I have to apply it to fix my hairs, but after some time, there will be a white film.

This eyebrow gel is decent, but Artdeco's is superior.

I really liked this gel! I have tried different ones before, but they all provided weak hold, while this one gives long-lasting results and, most importantly, without the "sticky" effect. I highly recommend it.
