This is simply heartbreaking!!! The 857 Nude Beige pencil used to be my favorite, but now the color of the pencil has changed several times. I ordered it a few months ago and the color was somewhat similar to the previous one from Germany, which I liked, but it was not the same anymore. Now I ordered it again and the color has nothing to do with the previous ones((( It's such a shame that Nyx changed the country of production and the color range of their pencils.
I ordered this pencil in the shade nude beige, and the color is beautiful. However, the pencil arrived in a not-so-good condition, as it was wrinkled.
I purchased the Hot Cocoa pencil. It is completely purple.
I am disappointed. My favorite pencil is no longer nude and definitely not beige! They ruined such a good pencil.
The 804 Cabaret is a beautiful color that pairs well with the topface 010 Magenta lipstick. It is easy to apply and has great staying power.
I made swatches for myself, I will leave them here as well. This lipstick is good, one of my two favorites. It can be used as a lip liner or to fully fill in the lips. However, it is not noticeable at all on me.
Here's another photo of the pencils we were discussing. The one made in Germany is our beloved 857, an oldie but goodie. Unfortunately, we'll have to search for them somewhere because the reissued ones made in Mexico won't be the same.

I ordered some make-up pencils, as I had read reviews and thought,
"I will order them from Europe, as I was confident that the shades would remain the same."
My favorite pencils are 857 and 855.
And here's what happened: they are completely different in color, and what's strange is that the only thing that changed about the pencils is the country they were made in. It's North America, of all places. It used to be Germany!

I was so disappointed when I saw that 857 was no longer 857... What is this??? Why wasn't I informed about these changes, and why change such a perfect shade at all? It's really sad.

Like many others, I am dissatisfied with the transformations of shade 857. Dear ladies, please write down a close alternative to it 🙏 because the miserable remnant of that beautiful color is coming to an end 😀
There have been many negative comments about the new shade of the product, and the manufacturer hasn't made any changes yet. I agree with these comments. Shade 857 has been my favorite for a long time. However, I don't understand why they changed the shade. It now appears more pink and doesn't look good on the lips. It's also significantly harder and doesn't apply well. It's a pity. I hope Nyx will eventually bring back the same nude beige shade that was my favorite for a long time.

I had trouble understanding what was wrong, but it turned out that the old shade 857 and the new one are completely different. The new one is more pinkish and not nude at all, so keep that in mind.
This pencil (857) was so cool, we got it and changed it to pink, so it was necessary to change the name too, because now it's not beige anymore, it's Pink.

Great pencil! I have shade 860, which is a lovely peachy-pink color. It has just the right softness and can be applied to all lips effortlessly. It also lasts well throughout the day.
This pencil is amazing.
Unfortunately, the pencil already has the same color as before. I even found all four pencils that I bought and compared the color. I bought two pencils on another website and two here. From top to bottom: the very first pencil, I bought it in 22. The next one is also from 22. The third one I bought at a makeup store in September 23 from the EU, and the fourth one I bought on December 18, 23 (which is two days ago) from a warehouse in Ukraine. Disappointed, I really hope that this is just a batch issue and that the next ones will be fine.
Ladies, do not buy this pencil anymore. I am specifically referring to the 857 color. I ordered it from the EU warehouse before and it was the same beige color, but when I ordered it from the local warehouse, it came in a more pinkish shade. I decided to order from the EU warehouse again, and it's just terrible. The pencil has become even more pink, it is now dry and has an unpleasant smell. I deeply regret purchasing it. I don't understand why Makeup doesn't inform about such changes. Three pencils of the same shade came in different colors, and the last one is of awful quality as well.
If you want to get the same shade 857 that it used to be, do not buy it, the color is completely different. Instead of a cool beige, you will get a warm pinkish shade. It's very disappointing, as it has been my favorite for many years and I can't find a substitute for it yet. If anyone knows, please advise.
I also didn't have any luck with the nude beige shade, the name should be changed, it's more like a nude peach. As for the pencil, it's very dry and scratches the lips, so it can only be applied as a lip liner. It has a distinctive smell. Therefore, I rate the pencil 3 out of 5. I will still use it, but I won't repurchase it. However, I give the makeup service and the courier a 1000 out of 5! Despite the blockades, the package arrived and the courier was very friendly. The pencil is hard, but really great. I've been using the 831 number for several years now and it's my favorite. It holds up well.
The color 810 - Natural is very nice. However, the pencil itself has a very strong odor. I'm not sure what its surface is coated with, but this unpleasant smell even lingers on my fingers. It's a pity that I wasted my money because I wouldn't dare to use such a product for coloring.
I ordered the 857 shade. It is amazing and feels great on the lips. It doesn't dry them out. It's definitely my favorite.
Not very good, it draws poorly for me as it is too hard.
These are excellent pencils (I did not buy them on MakeUp). The one on top is spl854 pale pink, and the one on the bottom is spl810 natural. The first one is softer, while the second one is drier (consequently, it draws slightly worse).
I purchased a pencil in the shade Nude Truffle here and I am very disappointed that it doesn't draw on the lips at all. The shade itself is very beautiful.

I purchased the shade NYX Nude Beige, but it doesn't match the color I previously had. However, I was prepared for that. However, the other pencil in the shade Nude Truffle is just awful! I have been using NYX pencils for over three years and have never encountered such a problem. The pencil seems to be new, but it doesn't draw at all. It lacks the brown color on the lips, and when I finally managed to achieve that color, I ended up with horrible smudges that are almost impossible to cover up.
The pencil is amazing, I recommend it to everyone. I got the 857 shade and it's absolutely fantastic, suitable for everyone, especially for girls with a darker complexion like me. Even though it was my first time trying it, I am satisfied. Thank you for the fast delivery! ❤️❤️
This is an ordinary lip pencil that is not very soft. Everyone praised the shade 857, but personally, I didn't see anything impressive about it.
I tried the shade 860, but it didn't suit me. It had some sort of reddish undertone that didn't really work for me. Maybe it will be okay for an evening makeup look. I had previously used shade 831, which I found more interesting. But I just can't seem to find the perfect color for myself.
Best pencil 857. I have tried many different ones, but this one is unmatched!

I purchased a pencil on top from the Nyx store a month ago, while the pencil at the bottom is the one I received yesterday, which I ordered from a makeup website in the EU. There is a noticeable difference not only in color but also in texture. The one at the bottom is very hard and barely applies on the lips.
For me, the pencil is too hard, it barely leaves any color on my lips.
Pencil 857 nude beige, due to the hype surrounding this shade, I decided to try it too, and honestly, I didn't understand why it's so popular.
To me, it looks like a light brown eyebrow pencil. I am fair-skinned brunette, and it's practically invisible on my lips, meaning it's lighter than my lip color. It's also impossible to draw precise lines with it because it doesn't adhere well to the skin and quickly disappears.
I kept thinking about how to make it work for me, and the solution was the bless beauty 14 nude latte pencil, which is darker for me. And if you combine the lighter one with this darker one, it actually creates a decent nude shade.
Maybe this shade just didn't suit me, or I'm not using it correctly, but I won't be repurchasing it.
The pencil is just okay, it doesn't line well. I prefer the creamy ones more, unfortunately, this one didn't really impress me.
This is a very nice pencil in the color 831 Mauve, the perfect nude shade that will enhance your natural lip color and make them juicy and more defined! In the photo, only one pencil is applied along the contour and placed towards the center. It's love.
