Everything is okay!
The shampoo is great, but it leaked during delivery (via Ukrposhta), which was evident from the box, even though it was well packaged. I opened it at the post office and it didn't seem damaged, so maybe a defective cap was the reason for the leakage, as it didn't fit tightly and caused the shampoo to leak. I have ordered shampoos from Kalos before and this has never happened.

This shampoo is decent. It effectively cleanses the hair, so it is essential to use a conditioner or hair mask after using it.
Smells really nice, and really good value for money. My hair still feels nice after use, which is good because my hair often becomes like straw, also foams up really well!

What a great shampoo! I remember being upset that I wanted "Vanilla" but had to buy "Chocolate" because of the unusual (for shampoos and for me) ingredients: keratin, milk proteins, and cocoa extract! I was only afraid of the smell = no matter how much I sniffed cosmetics, the "chocolate" fragrance always smelled completely different from actual chocolate! But this product has a wonderful scent. I use it together with the same mask, and it gives my hair noticeable volume, and the fragrance lasts until the next wash. I like the effect so much that I won't even get to the vanilla shampoo, which I bought later for my "collection".

After using the shampoo and mask from the same brand, Kallos Cosmetics Banana Mask, for a couple of weeks, I didn't notice any significant effects. However, after some time, I noticed that my hair became softer and shinier. I also received the Vitex Keratin Active "Deep Repair" leave-in serum as a gift and I apply it after washing my hair while it's still damp. I'm not sure what works better, maybe it's the combination of all these products, but my hair now looks much healthier and well-groomed!
