The last time I had tangles was in elementary school, and I am 39 years old now! I used the shampoo and conditioner from this series, along with either the Loreal Professional oil or the Chi oil. Conclusion: there is still a lot of work to be done on this product. Maybe it is completely natural, but if it has such a reaction on well-maintained and non-colored hair, then what will happen with problematic hair?
