Bend the flexible neck of the handle approximately 30°. Insert the interdental brush into each space between your teeth and clean with back-and-forth motions, rotating the brush clockwise. The brush should easily fit into the interdental spaces. You might need two different sizes since front teeth often have narrower gaps compared to back teeth. Consult your dentist to determine the most suitable size for you. With regular (daily) use, it is recommended to replace the brush every two weeks.
