Bend the flexible neck of the handle approximately 30°. Insert the interdental brush into each interdental space and clean using back-and-forth motions, rotating the brush clockwise. The brush should easily slide into the spaces between your teeth. You might need two different sizes since the spaces between your front teeth are often narrower than those between your back teeth. Consult your dentist to determine the most suitable size for you. With regular (daily) use, it is recommended to replace the brush every two weeks.
I really liked them! They are much better than Interprox Plus (which bend and break easily). I bought sizes M and S for different spaces between braces. The handle is convenient, and the cap on the brush is also helpful, and they don't bend as easily.

These interdental brushes are excellent! They do not break when bent, unlike cheaper options. They clean well and come with a convenient cap.
I am satisfied with these brushes; you can feel the quality compared to cheaper alternatives. I am currently trying different brushes to figure out which ones suit me best and it is interesting to compare the price and quality. I will definitely come back to these brushes multiple times. And for those who say that they are too big, just choose the brush size more carefully.

The toothpicks are not successful, I do not recommend buying them. Unlike Interprox, they do not taper towards the beginning, making them difficult to use.
I wear braces, and my oral cavity requires more careful care. The dentist recommended not these exact brushes, but similar ones. At first, I ordered a set of brushes of different sizes from this brand, and once I figured out which ones were right for me, I ordered this set again, but I wasn't sure if the size would be suitable. When it arrived, I didn't recognize my brush in its new appearance, as my old one had worn out a lot :) The product is really great and lasts a long time, it's been tested. I will definitely buy more!
