Bend the flexible neck of the handle to approximately 30°. Insert the interdental brush into each interdental space and clean using back-and-forth movements and by rotating the brush clockwise. The brush should easily fit into the spaces between your teeth. You might need two different sizes, as the gaps between front teeth are often narrower than those between the back teeth. Consult your dentist to determine the most suitable size for you. With regular (daily) use, it is recommended to replace the brush every two weeks.
