I received a package with shampoo today. The lid was slightly unscrewed, and the shampoo leaked a bit in the box. I see from the comments that this is a recurring issue. I kindly request that measures be taken to properly package the bottle. I used to buy this shampoo in supermarkets, but then it disappeared from the shelves. It's great that it's available here now, and I will continue using it. I hope the quality hasn't been compromised.
The shampoo did not work for me. My hair feels very stiff and it doesn't lather well. I decided to experiment with it after using Estel, but I don't know what I was expecting.

In terms of consistency, this product has a gel-like texture, almost closer to that of jelly. The scent is quite strong and noticeable. However, it does not cleanse effectively, despite its generous lathering abilities.

The only downside is that for hair that reaches shoulder-length, you need to use three pumps of the product. However, considering the affordable price and the small amount needed per use, it is still a great deal. I am satisfied with this shampoo, especially when used in combination with the mask from the same brand. My hair now looks much healthier and well-maintained.
