There's nothing special to expect from this shampoo. It's just a regular shampoo for washing hair. For me, who has oily roots and dry ends, this shampoo makes my hair a little bit harder. I used to use L'Oreal Elvive for many years, and after using it, my hair feels soft and silky. But after using Kalos, I don't have that feeling, and my hair is heavier to comb. Maybe I should have ordered a mask from this series for better effect. Overall, it deserves a solid "4". I use it, I like it, there are no dandruff, and that's already good.
