The pencil is not very soft. They didn't send the promised 3 pencils as a gift.
These pencils are really nice. The olive color is calm and not too bright. This is exactly what I was looking for to make my daily makeup look natural around my eyes. In the photos, I showed how the precise line looks and how it can be softly blended by applying it gently. The white pencil is very visible. They are dry enough so they won't smudge on the skin after an hour, but at the same time, you can draw a soft line.
I don't like that these items now come without protective films. The pencil arrived short and not sharply sharpened. I'm not a mind reader and can't tell if it was used before. It's an average product.

I really liked it, it clearly defines the boundaries of the eyebrows. However, it came in black color. But it's not bad either. I will continue to buy from this brand, just in a different color. I deducted 1 star for the mismatch in pencil color. I have no complaints, as I didn't check immediately at the post office.
I purchased shade 30 - Brown. I am completely satisfied with this eyeliner! It is long-lasting (easily removed with micellar water), it creates a nice winged line, and the color is not too dark-brown, but rather lighter. Since I have brown hair and green eyes, black eyeliner doesn't really suit me. But this shade of brown is fantastic!

I bought 2 pencils: 90 - soft, I use it for drawing mucus. I am satisfied. But I bought it for 180 UAH (EU), now the price is 106 UAH (EU).... The difference is significant....
70 - I do not recommend !!!!!! Very hard, almost does not draw. It scratches the eye. 152 UAH in the trash.....
I am looking for a soft blue pencil specifically for the mucous membrane. In the reviews, I read that this one is recommended. I got the number 60. It looks great on the hand. But on the mucous membrane, it only lasts a few minutes. By the time I finished drawing and approached the window to take a photo, it was almost gone from the outer part of the mucous membrane. I tried drying it out, refreshing it several times within 5 minutes, hoping for some kind of cumulative effect, but unfortunately, it didn't work.
The pencil itself is moderately soft, and the color is generous. If anyone is looking for a pencil for the upper part of the eye, you can go for it.
Five years ago, there was a perfect pencil, but now it's horrible. When you sharpen the pencil, it crumbles. The lead itself is very soft. I will never buy it again!

Not pigmented, completely transparent. It is not visible on the mucous membrane, I applied it repeatedly, but it was useless. However, after an hour, there was a smudged effect under the lower lashes. In other words, it can be applied to the mucous membrane, it's just not visible there. It doesn't work at all on the upper eyelid. Completely useless purchase.
I have been using these pencils for many years. The quality is excellent. I don't understand why there are negative reviews about them, maybe it depends on the shade. I have the 030 brown and the 050 charcoal grey. They blend well and also draw a good line, and they hold up pretty well too. The only thing I can mention is that the 050 shade has slightly changed (before it had a hint of bluishness, but now it is purely grey), but it still suits me. The brown shade, on the other hand, has remained unchanged. It used to be made in Ireland, but now it's made in China, maybe that's the reason, I don't know... But the quality hasn't changed. I am satisfied with them.

The delivery took 5 days, but the pencil is from China, even though the manufacturer's description stated it was from Ireland. The price does not match the quality!

"My favorite pencil! But such a dilemma, now it is made in China??? Whether it's a knockoff or unknown. At first, they brought a normal one from the website, like before (made in Italy), and then China. The quality has been affected by the fact that the lead has become even softer and it is very difficult to draw lines with it, makeup takes even more time now(((

The pencil is wonderful. I have been using it for about 5 years. It is the best one out of all the ones I have tried - it applies very smoothly and is long-lasting. Recently, I bought it from a Makeup store and I was always very satisfied. However, the last time they delivered, unfortunately, it was clearly a fake: it is impossible to apply it properly, it crumbles and leaves bits on my eyelids, and then it smears horribly (I have to constantly clean it with cotton swabs every half an hour, otherwise I look like a mess). I struggled for 3 days and just ended up throwing it away.
I really liked the pencil, I will buy more.

The pencil is simply a great find for me, especially for its price. I bought the white one and use it for my lower waterline. It applies smoothly and stays on for a long time.
I bought a white pencil for filling in my eyebrows (to lighten them). However, the lead is very stiff and it is not suitable for the delicate skin of the eyelids.
The pencil is decent, although the color is not great. I bought the number 60 - Ice Blue - and it's just blue, not at all like in the picture. But the quality is good. It sharpens well and also holds up. For the price, it's exactly what I needed. Thanks to the store staff :)
