I didn't like the file. The plastic is thin, and it feels scary when you apply pressure. The skin feels rough.
I expected better results from it. It's small in size and has two sides, but in my opinion, they don't differ much. It doesn't fulfill its mission perfectly.
I am pleased with this file. I use it as needed, about 2 times a week. However, I have not seen any sandpaper effect.
The file is small. It is not very convenient for me to use it for treating my feet. After using it, my heels became rough like sandpaper and the cream doesn't help.
