I specifically chose these tweezers because they were the only ones available with a spring. Out of all the tweezers I've had over the past 20 years, I recommend buying ones with a spring because it makes the curling process easier and the quality of the curl is better. The "square" pads that come with them are too stiff and can be immediately discarded. They are useless. I bought inexpensive soft pads (https://makeup.com.ua/product/942362/#/option/2012975/), and I highly recommend choosing convex rubber or silicone ones, usually white or slightly transparent. With these pads, the curling process improved and the results were better. However, the pads didn't fit well. Since the product category is non-refundable anyway, I took the risk and carefully squeezed the part where the pads are placed with small pliers. As a result, they stopped falling out and began to curl the lashes perfectly. So, the tweezers themselves are fine, but you must definitely buy different pads that are soft and have a round surface. To make the curl hold well, I highly recommend Eveline Cosmetics 4D Extension Volume & Waterproof Mascara. The curl stays even if you curl the lashes first and then apply the mascara. It dries quickly, so you need to get used to it, but the result will be excellent! You need to curl the lashes very firmly, excessively, moving carefully from the roots to the tips. Then apply the mascara from the roots to the tips, making small horizontal strokes with the brush. As a result, the curl will slightly relax under the mascara and become exactly as desired. Lastly, if the surface of the pad is "worn out" and there is a kind of cut from the metal upper part, be sure to replace the pad with a new one, otherwise any tweezers will start breaking and cutting the lashes. Horrible, a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as you won't get a refund, you'll just end up throwing it away.

I am disappointed... it doesn't curl anything, not after 30 seconds or even after a minute. The most frustrating part is that I threw away my old curlers in excitement, just 2 days before trying these(( they were old and only cost 20 UAH, but they perfectly curled my lashes, only the rubber band had sagged.. Money wasted.
