Dissolve sea salt in warm water (37ºC) using one packet (500 g) per bath. Soak in the bath for 15 minutes. Rinse off with running water. Do not use soap. After the salt bath, rest for 20 minutes. It is recommended to follow a course of 8-10 baths over a period of 14-20 days.
