The oxidizer is decent. After all my experiments, I've come to the conclusion that it's necessary to dilute it with paint at a ratio of about 50:50.

I purchased this product along with the matching dye. I was hesitant to try a different oxidizer, as an oxidizer is an oxidizer after all. It did cause a slight tingling sensation, but it wasn't critical or irritating.
