I give it a one star. This brush is definitely not a 4+. It is quite stiff, with bristles that have sharp tips. It started irritating my child's gums (5 years old). We used it for a week and then replaced it with another one. I do not recommend buying this brush for young children, maybe it would be suitable for teenagers.
This is a good brush that my daughter has been using for about a month, and it hasn't frayed yet.
