Bend the flexible neck of the handle approximately 30°. Insert the interdental brush into each interdental space, cleaning with back-and-forth motions and rotating the brush clockwise. The interdental brush should easily pass through the spaces between your teeth. You may need two different sizes since the spaces between your front teeth are often narrower than those between your back teeth. Consult your dentist to determine the most suitable size for you. Additionally, Lacalut Interdental L brushes are recommended for cleaning braces and dentures. With regular (daily) use, it is recommended to replace the interdental brush every two weeks.

"For cleaning braces, this is exactly what you need."
I have tried several brands of earphones, but these are the worst. After using them once, they broke into two parts. I decided to give it another try and bought another pair, but had the exact same experience. The handle is slippery, but this can be solved by washing the earphones with soap. I do not recommend them.
I bought it for braces and I am satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend it.

Finally, it was time to try Lacalut brushes. I purchased several sizes based on the sizes of brushes from other brands that I had.
And for a moment, I regretted not paying attention to them from the very beginning - they fit me perfectly! Finally, I can say that I can stick with them. The bristles and wire are resilient and durable. With some brushes that were twice as expensive, everything was much sadder in this regard.
The cap as an extension of the handle is very convenient.
The only small downside, which doesn't significantly affect the impression, is the slippery handle (apparently due to the technological lubricant used for molding the handles). But this can be easily resolved by washing it with soap for a few seconds.
Regarding durability and resilience, it is subjective. In my case, these brushes worked perfectly.
Overall, it is an excellent product at a pleasant price.

The brushes arrived without being properly sealed in the packaging, as they were already open.
These briquette brushes may not be the best option. The thickness is only 1-2 millimeters, which means they cannot reach between the teeth effectively. Additionally, the base is made of iron, which could potentially cause damage to the gums.
Convenient, practical, and affordable. I spent a considerable amount of time searching for the right model for cleaning under bracket arches, not for interdental purposes. I am satisfied: it cleans excellently specifically under the arches, and the size is just perfect. They are moderately firm and pleasantly flexible, and the bristles wear out slowly (in comparison to Paro). Overall, I highly recommend them for those who have braces: the price and quality here are ideal.
These are excellent braces brushes! They are comfortable, and I think a couple of them will last for a few weeks. Please note that they are narrow, 2.5 mm, before making a purchase. Some may think that they are bigger.
These brushes are great in terms of thickness, but that's where the positives end. The handle is very uncomfortable and slippery. After just a couple of uses, the brush head starts falling out of the handle. I have been wearing braces for 2 years and have tried many different products, but I definitely won't be buying these again.
Adding to the review, the brush heads deteriorate quickly. The first one lasted longer, but the second one somehow wore out very fast. In comparison to Interprox, the quality is poor.
I ordered these braces brushes. Although this is the largest size - L - they are not big enough. For example, look at the photo - I compared them with brushes from another company of the maximum size. Lacalut is twice as small.
Of course, this is individual, for those with small teeth, these brushes will be suitable. I just have big teeth and it is more convenient for me to clean with a larger brush.
I bought this for my daughter, who wears braces. She is satisfied with it as it effectively cleans everything between the brackets.
