It is very disappointing to receive an elite cream in such a condition.
I have been using this cream for a long time. It has a wonderful texture, and I am very satisfied with the results of using it. I highly recommend it!
The best cream I've ever had. And I am very picky about them: either they absorb too quickly and my hands feel dry again, or they are too thin, thick, slippery, and so on, which is quite irritating. But with Shiseido, everything is perfect: the scent, the texture, the moisturizing properties. Definitely a solid 5, I will continue ordering it.
The cream is decent, suitable for spring and summer. It effectively moisturizes and softens the skin without leaving a sticky residue, and it absorbs quickly. The scent is pleasant and subtle. However, considering the price, it would be better to invest in Loccitane.

I did not give it 5 stars because the price is not its only downside - it is not perfect, but compared to the praised yellow tube from Velede, it turned out to be effective. I applied it twice before bed and in the morning, and my hands' skin felt soft and moisturized. Perhaps it will show its cumulative effect, and then I will give it 5 stars. Let's see.
Good cream, not greasy, absorbs quickly. It is more suitable for spring-summer than for autumn-winter.
