Effectively cleansing enlarged pores, it helps normalize oil secretion, prevents inflammatory processes, and thereby clears the skin of acne and pimples. Tar is used to treat eczema, psoriasis, folliculitis, seborrheic dermatitis, and other dermatological diseases.
The properties of birch tar are enhanced by calendula and sea buckthorn oils, as well as zinc, salicylic acid, and lanolin. The balm soothes inflamed skin, dries out boils, exfoliates dead cells, and prevents new inflammations from developing. To amplify the healing effect, it is best used in combination with tar soap.

The balm is excellent, I use it every day and it helps. The only downside is that it doesn't come off clothes easily, leaving white stains. However, I won't deduct a star for that because it's really good. The natural composition is great and of course, the price is pleasant. I recommend it to everyone.

The balm is simply a find!!! It effectively dries out pimples, I bought it for my teenage daughter. It truly helps, her face is much clearer! It is thick and oily, ideal to apply overnight.

Fire Balm
I apply it only on pimples at night, and in the morning the redness disappears. It also works well against cold sores on the lips.
The smell may not be for everyone, but the effect is satisfying.
I do not recommend applying it to the entire face as it can be very drying.

I previously used this product about six months ago and I remember liking it, but then I switched to another product. Recently, I developed a severe allergy to a new eye cream. I didn't know what to do and then I remembered about this miraculous balm. I found it, applied it before bed, and voila - in the morning, half of the irritation on my face was gone, and most importantly, the swelling had disappeared (I also took antiallergenic tablets at night).
Now I have returned it to its rightful place among my favorite products.
Recommendations for application:
Since it is very oily and poorly absorbed, I recommend applying it only to problem areas with a thin layer (just a little bit) or alternatively, apply generously about 2 hours before bedtime and then gently blot the face with a dry, clean tissue. The excess will be absorbed by the tissue and you won't have to worry about your pillowcase being covered in balm.
I also recommend removing it first with a hydrophilic oil and then with your regular cleanser.
I have been suffering from hormonal acne for 10 years, and this is one of the few products that REALLY HELP.
Dryness, cracks, eczema - it will heal and moisturize. The scent is acceptable. It is a good product.

This is a really cool product that effectively reduces inflammation without drying out the skin. I apply it directly on the affected areas before going to bed. However, I must admit that it doesn't absorb completely and ends up staining my pillowcase, but the results are definitely worth it.
So-so. No "wow" effect. Dries out the skin. I used it to combat occasional breakouts, endured its repulsive consistency and smell, but it didn't really shine with its effect. Even salicylic acid does a better job. Won't be buying it again.
The texture is terrible. It starts with wiping off yellow water and then becomes a solid base. It is greasy and cannot be washed off with soap. It does not absorb into the skin. I have no idea how people can sleep with it; the pillow will be dirty and everything will be smudged in general.
The balm is drying, almost to the point of itching. I applied it thinly before bed for several days, but in the morning, dryness and itching started to appear, and it got worse with each passing day. I stopped using it - and the problem went away. Now I use it no more than once every 3 days and only in specific areas for a few hours, washing it off with facial cleanser. It works well for minor inflammations, but for sensitive skin, caution is needed. It did not help with hand dermatitis.
Consistency: oily, as if with microgranules... I don't really like this, it feels "heavy" on the skin due to its texture... I prefer lighter creams.
But the effect is amazing!!! I'm finishing the tube and will definitely buy more.
It makes the skin soft, after regular use the skin becomes clean and has fewer breakouts.
And another plus is that it's great for seborrheic dermatitis (which I have a little bit on my cheek, it's seasonal for me), it helps better than expensive products.
It soothes and doesn't itch as much.
In short, it's my savior.
