I really liked this shampoo. It cleans well and adds a nice tone to my hair. However, it can stain your hands, so it's better to use gloves, especially if you have a light-colored manicure. Fortunately, it washes off the skin fairly quickly. I'll definitely be purchasing it again.

The shampoo is reliable and provides a slight cooling effect on level 10 blonde hair. I rinse it out immediately. Yes, it does leave the hair feeling a bit rough, but a conditioner fixes that issue. I use it once a week. It tones down the brassiness effectively.

The product really dries and roughens hair and colors it almost instantly (I used it on level 10 hair, lightened with bleach). I didn't leave it on and rinsed it off immediately, resulting in gray-blue strands. So, I ended up diluting it 1:4 with my regular shampoo and transferred it to another bottle. Now, I have the perfect pearly tone on my hair. It's an effective purple shampoo, but I'm deducting one star because it's very intense. Their conditioner, by the way, is blue and complements the shampoo well without drying the hair. However, it should also be diluted 1:1 or 1:2 with another conditioner or mask.
