This cream saved me. I suffered for many years from extremely rough skin and severe dryness on my right palm, to the point where it would sometimes crack and bleed. I tried everything, but couldn't find the time to visit a dermatologist. Strangely, my left palm was completely fine. I thought it might be from the dishwashing detergent, the rough side of the sponge, the water, or maybe something else.
