Waterproof Eye Pencil - Clarins Waterproof Eye Pencil
This is a great pencil that I bought for my lash line. It stays in place and doesn't smudge, and I also use it for my waterline. The most important thing is that I don't feel any heaviness or redness in my eyes, which I always experience with cheap pencils priced at 100 UAH. However, I bought this one at a good discount for 440 UAH. 750 UAH is definitely too much for a pencil. I have it in the color black.
I had a pencil of this brand in a purple shade - I do not recommend it. I bought it on sale and was disappointed - it didn't apply evenly, with gaps, and had poor color payoff. I do NOT recommend it!
