Girls who don't find it suitable probably have oily skin. I like it, the light gray color goes well with my green eyes. I apply it along my lower lash line and on the outer side of my upper eyelid, and it doesn't smudge at all. It's a decent pencil for its price.
I bought it and regretted the purchase. It doesn't define the mucous membrane, and it's difficult to apply on the upper eyelid; it smudges quickly. It only works for eyebrow makeup. I don't recommend it.
Soft pencil. Great for drawing arrows, but not suitable for the waterline as it does not define the mucosa. Also, it works well for coloring eyebrows.
