    The manufacturer promised a natural product - and they didn't deceive us. In appearance, it resembles something from the bottom of a swamp. The smell is also mixed with tar. It's a great product, but it doesn't clean oily hair at all (so I'll use a different shampoo before using it). It doesn't lather, which the manufacturer honestly states on the packaging - it's painfully natural =)
