It has a multifaceted effect: antiseptic, sebostatic, fungicidal, and antibacterial.

One of the key active ingredients in the product is aluminum chlorohydrate. It forms a keratin plug, blocking the sweat gland outlets, thus leading to vacuolization and atrophy of the secretory cells. This effectively prevents excessive sweating.
