The cream worked perfectly for my combination skin with couperose.
Recommended by a beautician, I decided to try it again. However, I still prefer serums with acids and sealing them with a moisturizing cream. Over time, it starts to dry out the skin, although redness and irritation have improved.
Fake
This product is a fake. It is not genuine and does not meet the expected standards. The quality is low and there are numerous flaws in its design. It is clear that this product was made with no attention to detail or care for customer satisfaction.
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The materials used are cheap and easily breakable. The product does not function as it should and fails to deliver on its promises. It is evident that this is a counterfeit item, intended to deceive unsuspecting buyers.
Not only is the quality of the product subpar, but the seller's customer service is also lacking. They are unresponsive and unhelpful when faced with complaints or inquiries. This further confirms the untrustworthiness of this product and the seller.
I strongly advise against purchasing this item. It is a waste of money and will only lead to frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and look for a genuine product from a reputable seller.
A cosmetologist recommended this cream for rosacea-prone skin. The cream is excellent in maintaining the effects after treatment. I deducted points for its poor moisturizing capabilities, but if you apply a serum underneath, it works fine.
This cream worked well for me as I have sensitive skin with rosacea. It is a good product.
This cream is really good! I'm 40+ with combination skin and occasional breakouts - it suits me perfectly.
I started using this product on the advice of my dermatologist and I am extremely satisfied with it. I have combination skin with weak blood vessels, thin skin, and redness. Any injections at the dermatologist's office have always been a problem for me. With my thin skin and blood vessels, I always ended up with bruises after any injections. Not to mention that small blood vessels on my face became visible in some areas even before I turned 30. In winter, I constantly felt discomfort from the cold and wind, and my skin on the face became more sensitive, sometimes even causing pain. The dermatologist recommended incorporating this cream into my skincare routine and taking vitamins for blood vessels. And what a miracle! I started handling the cold weather with ease, forgot about bruises after injections, and the cream is very nourishing and economical due to its melting consistency. It noticeably reduces redness and evens out my skin tone. This is not a magical cream and it won't solve all problems, but it works wonders for problematic blood vessels! I apply it at night. It is non-comedogenic, which is very important for me because my skin is prone to clogged pores.
I have combination skin with occasional breakouts (age 40+). I liked the cream. The breakouts and redness disappear. The skin becomes brighter. Great. I use it at night. However, it lacks moisturization. It definitely won't be suitable for dry skin, as stated in the description. What additional moisturizer would you recommend? Will a serum with vitamin C be suitable?
I purchased this product based on the recommendation of a cosmetologist. I use it at night and it slightly reduces redness. However, at the time of purchase, I was unaware that the brand Sesderma still operates officially in Russia. I also noticed that both the box and the instructions are in Russian, while there is no Ukrainian language present at all. I can read Russian, but it feels ambiguous to buy from a manufacturer who still pays taxes to Russia during the war in my country. I will use the product I bought and continue to search for an alternative.
The reviews are so contradictory that I wanted to add my own. Before making a purchase, it is worth carefully reading the purpose, skin type, and possible side effects. Based on a brief description on the website, I decided to buy it as a daily cream to reduce redness (I have combination sensitive skin prone to breakouts even after 35). At first, I didn't like it at all: as others mentioned below, the first few uses may sting the skin. The moisturization of the day cream seemed insufficient to me, while the mattifying effect was there, but the healthy glow of the skin seemed to disappear and often faded away. I was about to throw it away. But then I read about azelaic acid again and started using it in the evening, alternating with retinoids and moisturizing night masks. And I really like it now! In the morning, after using it (I apply it on top of a serum), my face looks brighter, the color is more even, and nothing new pops up. If there are indications for using this particular ingredient, this cream is worth giving a chance.
I achieved good results by using this brand's serum in combination with it. It provides excellent moisturization, has a nice texture, and a pleasant scent. I am satisfied with this product.
I really like the texture of this product, it absorbs quickly. I only use it at night because it tends to roll on the skin, which is not ideal. I have been using it for about a month now, but I haven't noticed any results. However, I'm glad it hasn't caused any bigger issues.
This product is absolutely not suitable for dry skin, as it leaves a constant feeling of tightness throughout the day.
The cream is useless; it doesn't fight breakouts or lighten post-acne marks. I used it with the serum from the same brand, Azelac. I have no desire to go back to this product. As for its advantages, I will mention that it doesn't clog pores.
I bought this cream from a cosmetologist who recommended adding it to my skincare routine. I have normal skin, but it is sensitive with couperose and keratosis. As the doctor said, azelaic acid will help strengthen the blood vessels and soothe the skin, as well as exfoliate the keratosis. The cream is thick but dissolves when applied, and the amount needed is not too much. At first, I used it only at night, but then started using it both day and night. When my skin was getting used to the acid, it tingled and turned slightly red, like I had been sitting next to a heater. However, these sensations disappeared after about three days. This is a normal reaction to the acid. After applying the cream, it leaves a film, which disappears after about half an hour. On my forehead, it takes about an hour for the film to disappear, so keep this in mind if you plan to apply makeup. If you apply too much cream, the film may not disappear and the cream may roll off when applying makeup. I read reviews about this issue, so maybe I just applied too much cream. Overall, my skin feels moisturized and well taken care of. I have been using it for a month, but I haven't decided yet how much I like it. It's decent, doesn't cause breakouts, and heals old breakouts, but I have had better in terms of moisturization. During the first few days, I felt the need to apply another moisturizer on top. I haven't decided whether to give it 3 or 4 stars yet, so for now, I'll give it 4.
This is a real miracle. Skin problems started, pimples, and inflammation under the skin. They didn't go away for a long time. Nothing helped. This cream sorted it out in 3 days. Very satisfied with the purchase!!!!
This product helped me with breakouts, although it's important to note that one cream alone cannot completely solve this problem. It also does a decent job at lightening post-acne marks, but what I liked the most is its effectiveness in strengthening blood vessels. I have a mild case of rosacea, and in windy or cold weather, my face tends to turn red. However, when using this cream, my face remains bright and free from redness.
More products like Butter are needed, as it is very dense and nourishing but absorbs well. However, it doesn't help in eliminating breakouts; on the contrary, it seems to exacerbate them. I believe it actually worsens acne. As a moisturizer, it is effective, but not suitable for problematic skin.
I order it from a cosmetologist, but I will leave a review. My impressions are mixed - it doesn't lighten acne pigmentation, and I can't say anything specific about breakouts yet - my situation is not critical, within normal limits, but it works perfectly for redness. Previously, my face would turn red in the cold, but now my skin is bright, despite the freezing and snowy weather. I will continue to use it and see how the situation develops later.
The SesDerma Azelac Moisturizing Cream worked perfectly for me, as someone with oily skin. It has a lightweight texture and a slight tingling sensation upon application (which is normal). It absorbs quickly and has a pleasant scent. The cream comes in a glass jar. I didn't experience any irritations or clogged pores while using this cream. My choice was also approved by my cosmetologist.
