I ordered a package within Kyiv, but it took as long as if it were coming from the EU. Thanks, Nova Poshta. As for the mascara, something is off. It has a strange smell, and it irritates my eyes, almost like it’s been diluted with alcohol or something else. This has never happened before, as I’m not allergic and usually have no issues with even inexpensive cosmetics. The previous package had a manufacturing date on it, but this one doesn’t. I’m very disappointed.

I bought this based on the good reviews, but I regret it! It takes me much longer to do my makeup with this product. It's not waterproof and starts flaking in the middle of the day! I also find the brush very inconvenient, though that might be just a personal preference.
