Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth in circular motions, while gently massaging your gums. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.
I bought this toothpaste from a pharmacy, not here, but I wanted to leave a review. Unfortunately, it worsened the condition of my gums. I brush as I normally do, using the same toothbrush as before. Compared to my favorite toothpastes, this one doesn't clean well enough. :(

Great toothpaste! I was specifically looking for one without fluoride, and don't worry about the salty taste—it might surprise you at first, but then it becomes neutral and unnoticeable. In my area, the water has a high fluoride content, so it's really important for me to find toothpaste without it, as fluoride can be harmful. Finding a fluoride-free toothpaste with a good ingredient list was quite a challenge, but this one fits the bill, and I'm testing another one as well.

Fast delivery and good price.
The cleaning is decent, but it stings me a lot. Sometimes tears even come out. And what I really don't like is that the tube is still labeled in a foreign language.
