Pupa True lips Lip Pencil

The pencil in shade 004 is amazing. It's the perfect neutral color for me. The format is convenient, and it's neither too hard nor too soft. I really liked it.

For me, Pupa pencils are the best. They hold the outline well and won't let any liquid or gloss go beyond the contour. I have bought the 002 shade more than once, it is the most versatile. The 029 shade is more raspberry, but it also matches well with bright lip colors, from red to cherry. It looks great on its own as well.

The awful pencil I support negative reviews below, I bought it under the influence of social media, but it's the worst pencil I've ever had. You have to scratch to apply it, it doesn't even show up on the other side at all. By the way, that side fell off very quickly. The color is okay, but the quality is terrible, so I don't recommend it. They probably compromised on the quality to demand such a price.

002 Nude Rose is a truly beautiful color, a light pink nude. This shade suits my very pale, cool-toned lips. However, it is very difficult to apply, and it feels dry. To outline and lightly cover my lips, I used up the entire volume of one pencil sharpening. Then, I had to sharpen it again. It tends to dry out my lips. It is not very pleasant to use. I also have it in 004 Cocoa, which has better pigmentation and is easier to outline, but the color is not flattering on me, as it is too purple. These pencils are not for me, and I will not be purchasing them again.

I purchased the legendary number 004 and it is simply the worst pencil I have ever had in my life. In daylight, it gives off a strong violet hue when applied, and in warm artificial lighting, it looks completely grey. This greatly distorts the true shade of my skin and teeth, emphasizing imperfections.

Furthermore, aside from that, the pencil initially seems soft, but after being applied to the lips, it does not cover well at all.

I purchased this product in 17 different shades. I was expecting the color to be lighter, but it turned out to be darker than I had anticipated. Both products are really good!!! I bought the Pupa True lips pencil (02 - Young Rose) and the Aden Cosmetics Lip Liner Pencil (36 - Shell). In the photo, the lips on the left are colored with the Pupa pencil, and on the right - with the Aden one. I applied 2 layers. The photo was taken in indoor evening lighting, they will look even more expressive in daylight.

The shade 04 appears noticeably purple on fair skin, especially on dry lips. It looks good on moisturized lips and when applied lightly, but it emphasizes under-eye bruises, so it is necessary to conceal them better. The pencil itself is good and has a more pleasant shade compared to Ninel Danza 210 (which is even more purple). It is convenient that there is a sponge for blending.

These pencils are excellent, shade 04 is my favorite.

I purchased the shade 004, specifically for fair skin/fair lips, but it is not a true nude color. It actually matches the description of "cocoa" as it has a noticeable purple undertone. In my extensive makeup collection, I found the perfect combo for it - the Zhivanchi Sheer Velvet lipstick in shade 18 Nude Fume (smoky nude). Together, they look great on my lips, and for me, it's a fantastic option for the autumn-winter season.

My experience with this pencil started with number 17. It is a wearable neutral brown color that blends well with my lipsticks. It applies smoothly. Out of curiosity, I also purchased the popular number 004 that I read about in reviews. On me, it slightly turns into an eggplant color - it depends on the pressure, but it doesn't look bad. I just bought number 017 again. I still have number 004, so I'll see if I'll buy it again. And yes - my comparative photo doesn't accurately capture the shades, it seems, but it's close enough.

This is the worst pencil I have ever had. It leaves clear marks even if you press gently (as seen in the photo), and it is impossible to smudge afterwards. No matter how hard I tried to apply it, it was a pointless waste of time and effort. I bought it solely based on reviews, and it was a complete disappointment. It is simply terrible for the price.

I have read a lot of reviews about this pencil and was hesitant to buy it. But now, after trying it out, I have come to a conclusion. If you press it too hard, it will give off a purple shade. To achieve a soft, brownish shade, you need to lightly glide the pencil along the contour and blend it towards the center of the lips. Many people simply don't use it because it appears "purple" and end up throwing it away. Unfortunately. The pencil is of high quality, the swatch stays on for a long time, but I haven't tried it on my lips yet as I just bought it. I attached a swatch, and when pressed hard, it does appear purple. However, when applied lightly on the hand, it gives a beautiful brown shade.

I purchased shade 004 cocoa. If you apply it along the contour and lightly blend it, you can achieve the effect of fuller lips. It lasts a long time. I am satisfied with the product!

I have ordered a second lip pencil. It is of the highest quality. However, in order for it to look good on the lips, they need to be well moisturized and a lip balm should be used beforehand. Then, I powder them and apply the pencil. The color is very nice and it doesn't visually yellow the teeth. I haven't noticed it smudging, it stays on for a long time. I can eat and go about my day, the staying power is great. However, it is not very budget-friendly on its own. I recommend sharpening the pencil before the first use, it will apply better. In person, it has more of a coffee shade, with a slight purple undertone on the lips, which I really like.

The color is pure, without any hint of redness, yellowness, purple, or gray. It's the perfect nude shade for me, something I've been wanting for a long time. My natural lip pigment is very light. On me, this shade appears slightly darker and more intense than my own lips, which makes it ideal for me. In the photo, the top lip is completely lined with the pencil, while the bottom lip is filled in with the creamy lipstick from TOPFACE shade 004. It's a perfect combination, with no contrasting effect.
