My child had severe diaper rash with sores, and for a month we tried various remedies without success (such as Bepanthen, Pantestin, Desitin, Velede yellow and purple creams, Sudocream, powders like Baneocin, etc.), none of which helped. Velede and Bepanthen are decent at reducing redness, but they are powerless against the sores.
The courier delivered this cream during lunchtime, and by nightfall, the redness had already subsided. Within three days, the sores had healed. I am very satisfied; currently, this is the best remedy for diaper dermatitis. In my opinion, it has the most pleasant texture out of all the products. It feels like a cross between Bepanthen and zinc ointment, and it applies easily without "running." It only washes off with soap, which means it creates a protective barrier on the baby's skin.
I really love this diaper cream. It effectively reduces redness and irritation overnight, while also nourishing and restoring the skin.

The cream is amazing. We didn't buy it here. There have been no issues since the beginning of using the cream. After every diaper change, I apply the cream to the baby's bottom and folds, and everything is great. I had an allergy to wipes, but I applied the cream and the next day there was no trace of it. I recommend it. As for the negative reviews, I don't even know what to say. Maybe it's not about the creams.

My daughter had severe diaper rash every month. Neither Bepanthen nor Sudocrem helped, only Mustela did the trick. After just a couple of applications, the situation improved and eventually the redness completely disappeared. Now we only use Mustela.

This cream was not suitable for us at all. Even a slight redness does not go away with it, while Bepanthen manages to handle it within a couple of hours!
With this cream, we never had to deal with diaper rash! We have been using it since birth. This cream has always been our top choice for taking care of our baby. It lasts a long time and is used sparingly, applying a thin layer under the diaper once a day. Additionally, we used it to soothe the folds in the armpits and occasional blemishes on the face.
