I sang praises to the first bottle, but after using the second one, I experienced a terrible itch and dandruff. My hair becomes dirty by the second day, lacks any volume, and the ends feel dry.

I bought the entire series, but not here. I have no complaints about the quality of the product, but it also didn't have any positive effect on my hair. The only characteristic that pleased me was the smell. The shampoo (like other products in the line) did not fulfill its stated tasks. Yes, it washed my hair, yes, it smelled good, and yes, my hair looked normal. But! I have used plenty of shampoos that behaved exactly the same but cost at least half as much. I would not recommend buying either the shampoo or other products from this line, unless you want to treat yourself with the leave-in conditioner.
