The color did not lift even a shade. The natural base was a level 5. It remained the same, just with a reddish undertone. I wanted it to be a vibrant red, so I also used a level 7.2 (green pigment that neutralizes red) - it neutralized just enough to make the red look dirty. I ended up with dark, dirty red hair. I was prepared for the red pigment, but I don't understand why it didn't lighten even a shade with a level 9.

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or tested cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
