Step 1:
- Massage the area under your chin and lift your cheeks.
Place your palms on your face with your thumbs under your chin and your index fingers along your laugh lines. Now, gently glide your hands upwards towards your temples, lifting your cheeks. Hold the pressure for 3 seconds.- Tilt your face upwards while applying pressure to stretch and smooth the skin on your neck.
Step 2:
- Massage and lift the skin from your eyebrows to your forehead.Slightly tilt your head down and place three fingers on each eyebrow. Close your eyes. Rest your head on your fingers and press firmly for 3 seconds.
