The cream has a pleasant scent and doesn't cause any issues for me until it oxidizes or something similar happens, because then my hands and face start smelling like iron. I have a bad habit of rubbing my face (probably because of bad breath and frequently touching my nose to breathe better), and when the cream gets into my eye, it stings. Maybe I have some allergy to vitamin C, the previous product I used from The Ordinary with vitamin C in silicone also had a metallic smell and irritated my eyes. I only use it at night. Unfortunately, I haven't found any comments about the metallic smell anywhere, maybe I'm the only one experiencing it.

The cream is excellent! It works wonders on the skin from the very first use, visibly evening it out. And when used in combination with the serum (which was included as a gift), the results are definitely noticeable. I also highly recommend using it with a SPF50 sunscreen during warm weather.

I have been using this cream for 4 months now. My skin is dry and temperamental. I switched to it from the Toleran series. I apply it over a toner with hyaluronic acid.
