I have thin, wavy hair. The conditioner works well, making my curls more defined. I have purchased it before.
This conditioner actually smooths my hair instead! My hair is naturally curly, thin, and prone to frizz, so maybe this product isn't the best for that type of hair. I would give it 3 stars for the unrealistic expectations, but the conditioner itself is good. It makes my hair softer and almost frizz-free. I really like its scent. I didn't have any issues with the consistency.

This product is really cool, especially when used in combination with the shampoo from the same series. It makes my hair curl beautifully, and the curls stay in place without becoming frizzy. So far, I haven't found anything better.

I have thin, long hair and a chemical perm. The curl is truly enhanced after using this conditioner. The curls become more bouncy. The hair becomes soft and silky.

I decided to try this conditioner, previously I used Cameleo and was satisfied with it, but curiosity got the better of me)) So, Cameleo wins in two categories at once: the price is twice cheaper and the curls are wonderfully structured, they bounce on their own, the consistency is thick. Here, however, the price clearly does not correspond to the effect, after 2 weeks of use, I can say that the curls do not structure, they fall apart into separate strands and do not curl at all, the consistency is liquid, and it is quite wasteful. I only gave it one star for the scent and moisturizing. Do not overpay for this conditioner!
Review as a curly-haired owner who tries most available products for curly hair in search of the perfect one. This product, and specifically this conditioner, is completely useless (there is nothing worse for curls when a purchased product makes the situation worse than it would be without any special product). I gave it both the first and second chance, used it with other products from the line. But no. Unfortunately, after a couple of years of testing, this product is in the outsiders.
This balm is seriously awesome. It delivers the promised effect, smells amazing, and leaves my hair feeling so soft.
I cannot say that it helps maintain the shape of curls. For me, it is just a regular, not too heavy conditioner. I don't regret buying it, but I probably won't buy it again.
The conditioner has a sweet scent, almost like perfume. For me, it is a bit too overpowering, but I think lovers of sweet aromas will like it.

Honestly, I didn't notice any remarkable difference before/after using it. I have curly hair, so it's naturally very porous. Maybe I should have bought the whole line, but it smells amazing.
I ordered this product along with the curling spray from the same brand. It was a perfect match! The curls look natural and there is no dryness. The key is to choose the right technique for washing curly hair, so the curls form while the hair is still wet and stay in place until the next wash.
