Usually, I used the red Elseve shampoo for colored hair because it gave me both shine and silkiness. In comparison, I liked John Frieda more. It cleans the scalp better, which keeps the hair clean for longer. It makes the hair appear thicker and heavier without weighing it down. And one more surprise: I don't know why, but after using it on my dark hair, the grayness is less visible. I highly recommend this shampoo, it really makes the hair better.
