It cleans well and contains AHA acids, which effectively reduce inflammation. The only downside is the dispenser, which is always problematic. I constantly have to fiddle with it to get it to work. You need to pump it twice to get enough product for a good wash. Without a foaming tool, it won't lather properly.
This foam cleanser is great for those with oily and problematic skin. It helps dry out blemishes and has a good formula with plenty of acids. While it might not produce a very rich lather, I don't see that as an issue since I always double cleanse when removing makeup. It provides excellent cleansing, with no new breakouts and existing ones drying up and healing. It's too early to say how it affects post-acne marks. I also use the toner from this series. Overall, I'm satisfied, especially for the price. Just remember to use a nourishing or moisturizing cream, as it can dry out combination or normal skin.
The mousse has a loose texture and doesn't lather very well. Brands like Avène, Caudalie, or La Roche-Posay produce a much nicer and more consistent foam. It also struggles to effectively remove eye makeup.
I tried this mousse for the first time. It has a slightly strong eucalyptus scent, but that's not a big deal. It cleanses the skin well. The price and quality are well-matched. Thanks to Makeup for the fast, efficient, and free delivery!
