Thoroughly brush your teeth and rinse your mouth.
Twist the bottom of the applicator to dispense the gel.
Apply the whitening gel to your teeth. A proper application is approximately 0.5-0.7 ml. Avoid applying the gel to the gums!
Place the LED mouthpiece over your teeth and turn on the light. If the gel comes into contact with your gums, wipe it off!
Keep the mouthpiece in your mouth for 15 minutes. After this time, the device will automatically turn off.
Remove the mouthpiece and thoroughly rinse your mouth.
Clean the mouthpiece.
After the treatment, refrain from eating or drinking anything other than water for 30 minutes.
